I work in real estate because I love this profession. Working as a journalist for eight years taught me how to effectively communicate. I brought these skills to my real estate career. After selling real estate in Vancouver for six years, I moved to Osoyoos in 2007 with my young daughter and wine-savvy husband, whose dream of opening a winery resulted in the award-winning Cassini Cellars

Since moving to Osoyoos, I have not looked back. Once your home is on the MLS®, all agents know it is for sale. My goal is to ensure everyone who should see it, does. Through my website, social media, print ads, and email marketing, your home gains massive visibility.

3. SHOW

Due to aggressive promotion, we’ll have a lot of interest in seeing your home. However, we don’t wait. We also actively identify buyers and contact other agents. We know that showings are based on your schedule. 

4. COMPLETION

I represent you in all offer negotiations to ensure you get the best possible price and terms. You choose when and which offer to accept. Once accepted, I handle the follow-up with all mortgage, title and closing procedures.
